The people at Lakepoint church sponsor over 50 children through our partner at VisionTrust in Ayacucho, Peru, where the children receive daily meals and instruction at Maranatha Church & Learning Center.  Lakepoint additionally invests in the nearby Casa Luz Orphanage to sustain the support of 10-15 orphans.

Lakepoint takes an annual in-person trip to Peru to help with hands-on projects such as painting, tiling, bathrooms, and even roofing.  The main focus, however, is spending time with the children we sponsor along with their families to better understand and enjoy their everyday lives. If you are a Lakepoint student 7th-12th grade, we are offer a one-time 50% scholarship to take the trip.
